Meet Our Staff

Amy P. Forsythe, MS, OTR/L
Pediatric & School-Based Occupational Therapist
Amy graduated from Quinnipiac University with a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) and received her master's degree in OT from San Jose State University. She has practiced pediatric OT for over 20 years at both public and private schools, outpatient clinics and home therapy. She is owner of OT Time, LLC which provides OT services to children privately and through local schools. Amy focuses on the individual needs of each child and his/her family's goals in a compassionate and caring manner.

Mariah Giri, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Mariah received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Kean University in 2019. She previously received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sport Studies from Rutgers University in 2016, where she was also captain of the All-Girl Cheerleading Team. Mariah has found her passion in working with the pediatric population and brings her imagination and energy to benefit each child’s individual needs.

Susan Mammano, OTR/L
Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Susan received her degree in Occupational Therapy from Kean University in 2000. She has worked with children and families in a wide range of settings including private and public schools, early intervention, home therapy, and outpatient clinics. Susan is a dynamic and energetic therapist who strives to provide functional, purposeful and goal-oriented treatment sessions that are both fun and engaging. Susan constantly pursues continuing education to ensure she is meeting the ever-changing needs of each child and family she works with.

Maureen DeJacimo, OTR/L
Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Maureen graduated from Quinnipiac College and has over 25 years experience as an Occupational Therapist. She has worked in pediatrics and acute rehabilitation in various states as a traveling therapist. Since returning to New Jersey, Maureen has spent the last 17 years in pediatric settings including schools, early intervention, and private home care. She uses her understanding of the whole person and family, and varied professional experiences, to assist her in helping children and families overcome various challenges.

Carly Sestrich
Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Carly graduated from Elizabethtown college in 2011 with her masters degree in Occupational Therapy. She has over 10 years of experience in pediatric therapy. Carly is passionate about empowering families to become advocates for their child’s needs. She prioritizes play as a child’s main occupation, keeping therapy fun while targeting important skills to enhance development.
